GETTING STARTED

About the Engagement

CEBIS is a clinical research organization supporting sponsors with services across clinical development, operations, regulatory affairs, data, statistics, safety, medical writing, BA/BE, bioanalysis and related research functions.

CEBIS supports clinical development across Phase I through Phase IV, including early development, Phase II–III studies, late-phase and post-marketing research.

No. CEBIS services can be structured around an individual function or coordinated across multiple functions as part of broader study delivery.

For example, a sponsor may require only Data Management, Regulatory Affairs or Clinical Monitoring, while another program may require integrated project management, sites, data, safety and supporting services.

Sponsors can contact CEBIS during early planning or once detailed study information is available. A proposal discussion can begin even when the project is still being defined.

Global Delivery

CEBIS has established locations in the United States, Canada, Europe and India. Asia-Pacific markets are identified separately as future market development areas.
China, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia are future market development areas, rather than established CEBIS office locations.

Study-specific international delivery may involve qualified sites, affiliates and service partners depending on the program. Geographic coverage should be confirmed for each proposed study rather than assumed from the office list.

Requesting Support

Provide as much information as is currently available, such as the company, product or program, study phase, therapeutic area, study design, planned countries, expected sites or participants, required services, timeline and relevant supporting documents. CEBIS can begin the discussion even if some details are still being defined.

You can still submit a request. The available information can be used to begin the conversation and identify what additional details may be needed for scope development.

Use Request a Proposal when you have a study, program or defined service requirement you would like CEBIS to evaluate.

Use Contact for general company questions or requests that are not yet related to a specific proposal.
